These Terms of Service govern your use of the CourtStock Pickleball website and any purchases made through our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

CourtStock Pickleball LLC is a Tennessee-based sporting goods retailer offering pickleball equipment, fitness products, accessories, and related merchandise.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or other legitimate business concerns.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method at checkout.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colors, images, and pricing accurately. However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on device screens, manufacturing changes, or supplier updates.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Inventory and Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is processed. Inventory may change quickly, especially for limited-release, preorder, or high-demand products.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

Preorders

All preorder sales are final and non-refundable unless the preorder is canceled by CourtStock Pickleball or the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Estimated release and shipping dates for preorder products are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturer, distributor, carrier, or supply-chain delays.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed.

Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. CourtStock Pickleball is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Items must meet the eligibility requirements described in that policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos when applicable.

Depending on the circumstances, the issue may be handled directly by CourtStock Pickleball or through the manufacturer’s applicable warranty process.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include warranties provided directly by the manufacturer. CourtStock Pickleball does not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated by us.

Manufacturer warranty eligibility, coverage, and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, misuse checkout systems, submit false information, or violate the intellectual property rights of CourtStock Pickleball or third parties.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, and other materials owned by CourtStock Pickleball may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtStock Pickleball LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products.
